About the Employer
The employer is the leading real estate enterprise group in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, managing approximately 20,000 rental apartments and an additional 8,000 rental units. They are also active in property development, driving social construction projects like daycare centers, after-school care facilities, and schools for the city of Nuremberg.
Job Responsibilities
- Guarantee project planning services meet budgets, quality standards, and deadlines in accordance with HOAI with a focus on service phases 1 to 9 for buildings and interior alterations in new construction, renovation, extensions, and modernization.
- Coordinate and monitor schedules, costs, and quality throughout the construction process.
- Represent and safeguard the interests of the client/building owner.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation.
- Execute essential planning steps compliant with HOAI requirements.
- Develop contracts and manage the commissioning and coordination of external service providers, specialized engineers, and contractors.
- Participate in project management across all project stages and service phases in line with AHO guidelines.
- Oversee claims management and crisis handling.
- Coordinate handover of completed properties.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree qualification tailored to the role.
- Proven experience in project execution and management.
- Experience coordinating specialized engineering teams.
- Knowledge of design, working plans, tendering, and construction supervision processes.
- Familiarity with construction regulations including VOB, HOAI, AHO, and construction law.
- Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft 365, AVA software, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
