Architect (CAD and Construction Documentation)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation to join a dynamic team remotely. This role focuses on creating precise architectural drawings and detailed production documents essential for building and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive floor plans and elevation drawings tailored to project needs.
• Produce detailed CAD drawings that cater to both architectural and engineering specifications.
• Create accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations supporting manufacturing documentation.
• Generate multi-sheet electrical schematics annotated according to industry standards.
• Design and assess PCB layouts ensuring manufacturability and functional integration within projects.
• Engage collaboratively through exchange of information to clarify requirements and resolve any technical queries.
• Provide complete documentation packages aligning with defined project milestones and quality criteria.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of recent hands-on experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in leading tools for 2D and 3D CAD as well as PCB layout design software.
• Demonstrated expertise in producing and interpreting GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience with electrical schematic development across multiple sheets and integrating PCB layouts within architectural projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability to manage extensive document sets effectively.
• Strong command of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior involvement in collaborative, remote, and interdisciplinary projects is advantageous.
