Job purpose
The purpose of this position is to place greater emphasis on customer needs and strengthen the organisation’s customer-centric approach.
This opportunity is for someone who wants to contribute to a broader mission rather than simply take on a routine role.
Key responsibilities
- Own and support the Number 1 Supplier agenda program.
- Track shipment creation centrally across the Arabia region.
- Review and report on weeks-of-coverage status across Arabia.
- Work with stakeholders on loss tree analysis and the execution of corrective action plans.
- Measure, monitor, and improve customer service KPIs such as service level, OTIF, and case fill rate.
- Coordinate alignment across demand, supply, and customer experience teams.
- Spot service shortcomings and push continuous improvement initiatives proactively.
Required qualifications
- Strong analytical ability.
- Good understanding of finance-related concepts.
- Comfortable working in a data-focused environment.
- Effective at solving problems and making sound decisions.
- Advanced capability in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
- Able to handle several stakeholders and competing priorities at once.
Preferred background
- Experience in planning, either demand or supply.
- Prior exposure to customer service or customer experience work.
- Background in FMCG or CPG environments.
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP platform.
- Understanding of supply chain KPIs and performance monitoring.
