Job Overview

We are seeking fresh graduates to join as AR Caller Trainees in our US Healthcare process located in Chennai. This involves working in the Medical Billing department during night shifts, designed to support billing and claims follow-up.

Work Details

• Department: Medical Billing
• Shift: Night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
• Location: Chennai, in IT Park SEZ areas of Pallavaram and Thoraipakkam
• Interview Process: Conducted virtually
• Salary: Commensurate with company standards plus additional incentives

Eligibility

• Any graduate, including 2026 batch freshers who have successfully completed all final semester exams without pending arrears or backlogs
• Applicants pursuing post-graduation are not eligible

Required Skills and Attributes

• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and listening
• Analytical and presentation abilities are advantageous
• Experience in international voice processes will be prioritized for AR Calling roles
• Candidates with zero to one-year BPO experience domestically or internationally are encouraged to apply
• Flexibility and adaptability to organizational culture are essential
