About the Role

This role focuses on wafer matching, lot pairing, and supporting production line coordination within Micron Technology's advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead wafer matching operations, including lot pairing and executing bonding UI configurations.
- Continuously track development lots by interpreting wafer matching results and managing wafer shuffling activities.
- Utilize AI techniques to optimize wafer matching efficiency, lot tracking, data aggregation, exception monitoring, and routine reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Process Integration Engineers to address daily production line concerns such as handling deviations and submitting jobs for engineering analysis.
- Assist with inline inspections and coordinate specialized metro/RDA inspections for R&D experimental batches.
- Support setup activities related to process flows for both production and short loop cycles.
- Extract and analyze data from SWR and Conversion experiments, compile reports, and propose recommendations to engineering teams.
- Manage logistics for wafer shipments between fabrication sites to facilitate technology transfer and yield learning.
- Monitor critical inline, probe, and final parametric metrics to detect deviations, initiating prompt investigations.
- Demonstrate proficient use of Micron systems such as Micron Central, DataNav, and SPACE to perform routine operational tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to or lead initiatives aimed at improving STC PI operations, tools, process capability, yield, and quality.
- Assist team supervisors in managing Team Level KPIs including Global Conversion Process, SWR, and WIP status.
Requirements
- Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong multitasking capability and problem-solving aptitude.
- In-depth knowledge of SPC, SWR, QDR, Micron Central, and Klarity systems.
- Familiarity with Front-End Manufacturing Execution Systems (FE MES) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred due to role involvement in SWM outputs and manufacturing execution.
- Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying root causes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated dedication to customer service excellence.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes including Photolithography, Dry Etch, Diffusion, CVD, Wet Etch, Plating, Implant, PVD, and CMP.
- Capability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Sound judgment skills, including appropriate escalation of issues to engineers.
- Basic proficiency in computer scripting or AI tools is advantageous.
