Role overview
The Apparel team is looking for a motivated person who enjoys fashion and takes pride in excellent customer service. This position involves supporting shoppers with their questions, keeping the department looking attractive, and making sure stock is presented neatly and accessibly.
You will also use your knowledge of the department layout to identify gaps and replenish the right products quickly and efficiently.
Working hours
- Thursday: 7:00am to 1:00pm
Candidate profile
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail or hospitality would be helpful, though it is not essential. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are important. The role also requires comfort with prolonged standing, ladder use, and some heavy lifting.
