Role Overview

We are seeking an Apparel Manager to lead and energize the apparel department at our Hastings location. This leadership role is crucial for creating an engaging, visually appealing department that boosts sales across clothing, footwear, and accessories. The Apparel Manager reports directly to the Store Manager and plays a key role in daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain an attractive, customer-friendly apparel area using creative merchandising techniques.
• Encourage a team culture focused on sales performance and excellent customer service in the apparel department.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer assistance by helping shoppers select suitable apparel and accessories.
• Assist in opening and closing store procedures and occasionally manage the entire store operations when needed.
