Analyst/Associate - Business Management and Deals

About the Role

We are seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position as an Analyst or Associate involved in business management and deal-related activities within an investment banking environment. Candidates may also consider an internship opportunity prior to securing full-time employment. Applications are welcomed from both local and international applicants.

Responsibilities

• Engage in day-to-day business management tasks including financial accounting and bookkeeping.
• Conduct relevant research and assist in the preparation of marketing and transaction materials.
• Perform analyses of financial statements and other financial data to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate closely with team members during due diligence and throughout the entire deal cycle.
• Manage projects and assist in operational and administrative business management matters.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy.
• Some prior experience related to financial accounting is preferred.
• Genuine interest in the investment banking sector is essential.
