This hands-on role exposes you to diverse leaders and industries, focusing on supporting client projects through research, data interpretation, and compelling presentation of complex information.
Your responsibilities will span across various offerings such as organizational transformation, team performance enhancement, leadership capability evaluation, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and culture shaping. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and experience or potential to collaborate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research, organize and analyze client data, and deliver results clearly and concisely.
- Identify and interpret data themes using qualitative and basic quantitative methods to generate actionable insights.
- Design and structure interview guides, data collection tools, and surveys with minimal supervision.
- Prepare for client engagements including meetings and assessment sessions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and quality completion that meets client standards.
- Manage expectations during development cycles and maintain error-free, client-ready outputs.
- Achieve target utilization rates of approximately 70% and prioritize work effectively.
- Collaborate across teams internally to deliver high-quality client solutions and contribute to team success.
- Act ethically and professionally, embodying the firm’s core values and enhancing personal and team reputation.
- Support the development and launch of new products and tools as needed.
- Engage in business development activities and help execute secured projects.
- Contribute to internal initiatives focused on business and employee experience improvement.
- Build and share reusable client-ready materials, insights, and case studies across projects.
- Ensure proper data management practices, including regulatory compliance for client information.
- Coordinate project delivery and overall management tasks.
Candidate Profile
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience, with qualifications including undergraduate degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience.

- Strong numeracy and structured analytical thinking aligned with problem-solving orientation.
- Adept at thinking ahead, managing ambiguity, and applying innovative solutions.
- Good commercial awareness and business perspective.
- Subject matter knowledge in leadership assessment, team and organizational development, succession planning, board advisory, culture shaping, and diversity and inclusion.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; exceptional writing skills to produce concise reports.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as per job requirements.
- Fluency in Arabic (native level) and professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
