Job Overview
Titan Partners invites applications for an Analyst position within our Investment Banking division. This role entails conducting private and public capital market transactions, overseeing deal processes, and delivering comprehensive financial advisory services to clients associated with Titan Partners.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory engagements.
- Undertake financial research and various analyses to support both new business development and ongoing client engagements.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes focusing on industry-specific and company-specific evaluations for potential deals and current transactions.
- Assist in structuring complex transactions, crafting innovative solutions that align with clients' objectives while addressing market dynamics and regulatory mandates.
- Build and nurture strong client and service provider relationships, delivering exceptional service tailored to evolving requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Entry-level experience preferred.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is an advantage.
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement interpretation are desirable.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus familiarity with other market analysis software.
