About the Role
Titan Partners is looking for an Associate to join their Investment Banking division. The selected candidate will contribute to private and public capital market transactions, oversee deal processes, and deliver detailed financial advisory services through the Titan Partners platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of transactions including equity and debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory projects.
- Conduct thorough financial research and analyses to support new client acquisition and ongoing client engagements.
- Oversee and facilitate industry and company-specific due diligence activities for both potential new business and active transactions.
- Contribute to structuring deals by crafting innovative solutions that align with client goals while adhering to market trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with clients and service providers to ensure outstanding service delivery and respond to evolving requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; however, 2 or more years of experience in investment banking or related areas is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities including complex valuation models and proficient interpretation of financial statements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex financial ideas.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and various market analysis tools.
