Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Support the acquisition and execution of both national and international M&A and corporate finance projects.
- Manage designated segments within projects, engaging fully in all project phases as part of the team.
- Conduct independent company and market analyses to inform project decisions.
- Identify potential investors and maintain proactive communication and relationship management.
- Design and prepare client presentations and sales memoranda.
- Assess business models and perform company valuations employing multiple methodologies.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or related fields such as finance, accounting, banking, or controlling.
- Strong enthusiasm for project work, combined with the skills and experience in client interactions and broader project environments.
- Proficiency with IT tools, especially Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and adeptness in research and database usage.
- Excellent communication abilities with fluency in German and solid command of English.
- Self-driven, analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit, reliability, and confident professional demeanor.
