Job Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves providing direct technical assistance both onsite in Salvador and remotely, addressing user queries and technical issues efficiently. The analyst will support the implementation phase, help develop protocols and complete checklists, and manage configurations such as labeling and boleto setups. Regular communication will occur through WhatsApp, phone, and face-to-face visits. The position requires monitoring client usage of the software, reporting frequent problems for continuous improvements, delivering system training, assisting with electronic invoicing processes like NF-e and NFC-e, and configuring e-commerce and other integrations.

Requirements

• Candidate must hold or be pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with clothing manufacturing processes to support clients in system use.
• Knowledge of fiscal regulations relevant to client system usage.
• An active driver’s license (CNH) and personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) are essential for client visits.
• Residence in the Salvador, Bahia area is mandatory.
