Junior Data Analyst - Exclusive São Paulo

About the Role

Confitec specializes in delivering tailored solutions for the insurance industry, assisting insurers with regulatory, accounting, and operational processes. We are seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to join our Gepro team—a system widely used by Brazilian insurers to meet SUSEP requirements.

As part of our collaborative workforce, you will enhance your skills in technology, database management, system integrations, and understanding insurance market business rules by contributing to system deployment projects, client support, and ongoing product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Gepro system's implementation and maintenance teams.
• Assist in analyzing client requests and demands.
• Perform queries on SQL Server databases for information investigation.
• Assist in testing new system functions.
• Document procedures and functional specifications.
• Support analysis of API integrations.
• Help users identify and solve problems.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to improve the system continuously.

Experience Desired

• Prior experience supporting internal or external clients.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Participation in system projects or deployments is an advantage.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Strong logical programming skills.
• Ability to quickly understand business rules.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and analytical capacity.
