You will also serve as a bridge between customers and internal experts so that the information shared about deliveries is current, precise, and useful. The role is not limited to moving orders through the network; it is about creating a positive experience and helping customers feel valued.
Key responsibilities
- Speak with customers face to face, by phone, and through email.

Work environment and schedule
This is an on-site position with a 5x2 work arrangement, including weekends and holidays. You will be based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, working closely with warehouse teams, delivery associates, delivery partners, and customers whenever support is needed.
