About the role
This opportunity is with Ânima, a large and highly innovative education ecosystem operating institutions across Brazil. The organization is constantly evolving and focuses on creating new ways to advance quality education.
What you will do
- Support the planning and follow-up of the production of digital teaching materials.
- Manage contracts and assist in relationships with suppliers, helping ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Track schedules and coordinate area activities so institutional deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Handle administrative flows tied to payments, purchasing, and service provision.
- Monitor operational indicators and help analyze results to support decision-making.
- Maintain the area’s documentation and administrative controls in an organized manner.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep requests and priorities aligned.
- Spot improvement opportunities and contribute to smoother workflows and stronger operational efficiency.
What you need to bring
You should have a completed degree in Administration, Business Process Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Educational Management, Processes, or a similar area will be considered an advantage.
Professional experience in administrative routines and operational planning is required, along with exposure to contracts, payment flows, purchase requests, and schedule tracking.
The role also calls for someone comfortable managing a high volume of tasks, prioritizing multiple demands, and collaborating across different teams. Strong organization, analytical thinking, initiative, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset are important.
Technical knowledge expected
Advanced use of Microsoft Office is necessary, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with management tools, task organization, and KPI tracking is also important, including the preparation and monitoring of performance indicators.
Work arrangement and schedule
This is a home office position, with work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a 1 hour and 12 minute break.
