Profile and qualifications
To be considered, candidates should have a completed degree in Pedagogy, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Process Management or a similar area is viewed as an advantage.
The role calls for experience in administrative routines, ideally in distance education (EAD). It also requires prior work with contract administration, payment flow management, and financial follow-up. Experience organizing schedules, prioritizing demands, and supporting projects with multiple simultaneous deliveries is important.
The ideal profile is organized, analytical, proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, system-minded, and focused on continuous improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities
The selected professional will serve as the main contact for strategic projects led by the management team.
They will support the execution of area initiatives, helping ensure deadlines are met and deliverables stay organized.
Another key part of the job is coordinating administrative flow from the assignment of educators and instructors through to completion of activities and payment release.
The person in this position will manage contracts, timelines, and operational demands while keeping the team informed about progress.
They will also keep process maps, procedures, and other departmental documents up to date.
Working alongside different departments will be necessary to align activities, deadlines, and outputs.
The role includes tracking performance indicators and helping identify opportunities to improve workflows.
In addition, the analyst will contribute to standardizing and optimizing the team’s administrative routines.
Technical knowledge
Strong command of advanced Excel and planning tools such as Monday and Microsoft Planner is required.
Knowledge of building flowcharts, manuals, and process documentation is also expected.
Experience with KPI monitoring and operational controls is considered a plus.
Work schedule and location
The role is remote, with work performed from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a 1 hour and 12 minute break.
Employment details
This is a permanent full-time position under CLT employment terms. The role is at analyst level and falls within the education / higher education area.
