Role Overview
The America Lead for In-Person Community, Fitness, and Wellness is a fully remote, full-time position aimed at establishing and managing TRIO's physical community footprint across the Americas. Key responsibilities include the development and operation of community initiatives such as local events, workshops, and fitness and wellness activations that embody TRIO's confidence-driven mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to foster community engagement and physical presence across American regions.
- Collaborate closely with local studios, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful member experience integrating multiple wellness dimensions.
- Supervise event planning, logistics, and onsite coordination to ensure successful community activations.
- Track and analyze engagement and retention metrics to optimize ongoing programs for scalability and effectiveness.
- Represent TRIO in regional collaborations and contribute to enhancing brand recognition in the Americas market.
- Lead, mentor, and support local community managers or studio leaders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading community-building, fitness, or wellness programs, preferably across diverse locations or regions.
- Background in fitness, health coaching, or wellness sectors with a focus on behavior modification and sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including managing partnerships with studios, organizations, and event collaborators.
- Competence in planning and executing community engagements, covering all aspects from conception to on-site management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities capable of motivating diverse member bases.
- Experience thriving in remote, dynamic work settings with solid organizational and self-management skills.
- Data-driven approach to monitor and improve program outcomes using relevant metrics.
- Deep understanding of cultural distinctions within the Americas fitness and wellness landscape.
- Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sports Science, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
