Travel Tour Manager - Health & Fitness Focus

Based in Dublin, this role involves working with a dynamic and rapidly expanding travel company that innovates European travel experiences. Collaborating with prominent online content creators and influencers, the company crafts unique group tours emphasizing health, fitness, adventure, and community bonding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and oversee engaging group travel experiences across Europe with emphasis on wellness, active lifestyles, and fitness.
• Research and develop innovative tour itineraries ensuring they are appealing, lucrative, and unforgettable.
• Identify, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with hotels, activity providers, transport partners, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
• Facilitate commercial discussions to secure competitive supplier pricing without compromising premium customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with online influencers and content creators to align trips with their audience interests and concepts.
• Regularly accompany tour groups across Europe, serving as the operational lead delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Manage all tour logistics including accommodation, activities, transportation, and scheduling to ensure flawless execution.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback post-trip to refine and enhance future offerings.
• Scout for new destinations, sporting events, fitness gatherings, and wellness retreats to expand tour inventory.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in the travel sector, preferably in tour operations, group travel management, product development, or travel coordination.
• Strong enthusiasm for travel, health, fitness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently, and guide groups professionally and affably.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities to juggle various components simultaneously.
• Adept at forging and nurturing relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Commercially minded with knowledge of tour pricing and operational logistics.
• Effective communicator comfortable collaborating with influencers, content creators, and external partners.
