Amazon Customer Experience Specialist - Fresher

About the role

Join Amazon’s customer service function as an associate supporting shoppers with online purchase questions, identity checks, account safety concerns, order assistance, and related issues. In this role, you will be the first human touchpoint for customers and help deliver a high-quality support experience aligned with Amazon’s customer-first approach.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in an office setting in Kokapet, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. The work language is English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone, chat, and email.
• Use internal tools to locate, assess, and apply solutions quickly.
• Support identity confirmation and account security-related cases when required.
• Spot possible fraud or security risks that could affect the customer experience.
• Resolve issues independently without relying on a fixed script.
• Assist customers with account, shopping, and order-related troubleshooting.

Work expectations

• Communicate clearly in both spoken and written English.
• Comfortably work on computers and switch between multiple systems.
• Be available across schedules from Monday through Sunday.
• Work rotating shifts, with a strong focus on late-night and overnight schedules, plus early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime shifts as needed.
• Arrive on time and remain available for the full shift.
• Stay dedicated to the customer service role throughout the assignment.

Work environment

• You will spend most of your time at a desk in an office environment.

• Business-casual attire is appropriate.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of 10+2 / 12th grade is required.
• Both freshers and candidates with experience may apply.
• Strong English proficiency is required, including the ability to understand and follow job instructions.
