About the Role

Alltagsliebe is looking for an everyday companion who will become part of the #teamalltagsliebe community and help people in their daily lives. The role is designed for someone who wants meaningful work, predictable planning, and a company that lives its values consistently rather than only talking about them.

You will support a fixed group of clients, with the main focus on household assistance and everyday companionship. The job is organized in a way that gives you structure, autonomy, and reliable planning support from your team lead.

What You’ll Do

• Take care of a fixed client base independently, mainly by helping with household-related tasks.
• Keep homes clean, tidy, and pleasant through everyday domestic support.
• Accompany clients in daily life with conversations, errands, and small shared activities.
• Work in a structured and responsible way while managing your own assignments.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and rely on your team lead for coordination and scheduling.

• You are dependable, punctual, and respectful in the way you interact with others.
• You enjoy working with people and approach different personalities with openness and warmth.
• You can work on your own, stay organized, and handle tasks in a systematic way.
• You present yourself calmly and professionally, with a neat and polite appearance.
• You are empathetic while maintaining the appropriate professional distance.
• You can communicate confidently in German at a minimum B2 level.
