Role overview

In this part-time Allied Health Assistant role, you will partner with Rehabilitation Consultants to help day-to-day operations stay organised, contribute to excellent service delivery, and build experience in a meaningful allied health setting.
Key duties
- Assist with preparing reports and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate client files and records
- Communicate with healthcare providers as needed
- Request medical records and follow up to obtain outstanding documents
- Provide general project support and administrative assistance
About you
Beneco is seeking someone who is well organised, interested in learning, and motivated to develop within the role. The ideal person will bring administration or customer service experience, strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. A proactive, self-driven approach and comfort using Microsoft Office are important, along with a cooperative team mindset. Applicants should currently be studying, or working toward, a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Exercise Physiology.
