Role Overview

In this part-time Allied Health Assistant role, you will partner with Rehabilitation Consultants to help the team operate efficiently while building experience in a meaningful allied health environment.
Key Duties
- Assist with preparing reports and supporting documentation
- Maintain client files and keep records organised and up to date
- Communicate with medical and healthcare providers as needed
- Request medical documents and track follow-ups until received
- Provide day-to-day project assistance and general administrative support
About You
The ideal candidate is organised, keen to learn, and comfortable working in a busy support role. This position suits someone who brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and solid attention to detail.
- Experience in administration or customer service
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and accuracy in work
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Currently studying, or actively working toward, a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Exercise Physiology
