Role overview

This role sits within Human Resources Transformation for the Oracle practice and focuses on supporting Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The position combines advisory, pre-sales, delivery, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on shaping HR transformation outcomes for clients.

Core responsibilities

  • Support business development efforts by helping prepare proposals, responding to RFPs, and contributing to client presentations based on the client’s needs and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Take part in pre-sales work by demonstrating Oracle HCM capabilities through a solid understanding of HR processes, business needs, and future-state design thinking.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and clients to identify requirements and address complex business issues.
  • Help define the solution and architecture needed to achieve the client’s HR transformation objectives.
  • Partner with the wider HR Transformation team to design HR strategies aligned to client priorities and improve HR operations and customer experience.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables on time and ensure they meet the expected standard of client service.
  • Work with client HR leaders and subject matter experts to maintain alignment on deliverables, outcomes, issues, risks, timelines, and resources.
  • Lead functional workstreams or teams as the subject matter expert, including task allocation, guidance, work review, and feedback.
  • Assist with project management activities to help deliver work on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.
  • Stay calm in difficult or sensitive situations and escalate concerns promptly to engagement or account leadership.

Additional capabilities

  • Structure information clearly and present insights or recommendations in a logical, compelling way.
  • Understand how business functions operate and how industry and sector trends affect client needs, especially in relation to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Keep up with regional and global market developments to strengthen client recommendations.
  • Promote Oracle HCM internally within Deloitte and help educate teams on the solution.
  • Contribute to practice-building initiatives such as culture, brand visibility, and recruiting.
  • Learn and apply Deloitte’s Quality Risk Management (QRM) and Deal Review Board (DRB) processes.

Leadership expectations

  • Apply the organization’s purpose and values consistently in day-to-day work.
  • Take ownership of personal growth, share knowledge, and represent the brand positively.
  • Seek out challenges, collaborate across teams and geographies, and take accountability for team outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to influence peers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle HCM product direction and updates, and actively participate in Oracle Customer Connect.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Oracle HCM teams across pre-sales, sales, and product development.
  • Align personal priorities with client and firm objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with Oracle PeopleSoft and E-Business Systems experience preferred.
  • Strong background in business development, pre-sales, and implementation or delivery.
  • Experience in consulting or in-house HR functions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or another relevant field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CIPD, SHRM, or Lean Six Sigma are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, teamwork, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to understand project management disciplines and work across multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
