Role Overview

Media Works is a social media agency focused on high-performing, social-first content. The team produces daily content for channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads, with an emphasis on speed, data-informed decisions, and scalable output. The company is looking for a dependable video editor who understands social content and can also work confidently with AI-powered video tools.

What You'll Do

Edit social media assets such as Reels, TikToks, and ad creatives.
Turn clear creative briefs into videos built for performance.
Use AI video platforms such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or similar tools.
Blend AI-generated material with traditional editing techniques.
Create hooks, transitions, and fast-cut patterns that keep viewers engaged.
Produce multiple versions for testing different hooks, intros, and cuts.
Improve content for retention, watch time, and scroll-stopping impact.
Work closely with strategy and creative direction teams.

Requirements

Strong editing ability in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Hands-on experience with social media editing rather than classic image-film production.
Initial or advanced experience using AI video tools such as Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, or similar.
Understanding of platform mechanics such as hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts.
Ability to deliver quickly and reliably.
Organized, self-directed working style.
Comfortable working from clear objectives without constant supervision.

Terms and Working Style

The collaboration is fully remote and structured as freelance project work with payment per video. The workload is predictable and steady, supported by clear processes and fixed deadlines. A long-term working relationship is preferred.
