AI Model Assessment Specialist

Overview

This is a remote contract role for an AI Model Assessment Specialist. The work involves reviewing AI-generated outputs, judging their quality and accuracy, and providing actionable feedback to help improve model performance. The position is open to candidates in Australia and requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $22 to $70 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content across different subject areas and assess how well it performs.
• Provide clear, useful feedback that can be used to refine and improve model behavior.
• Examine datasets and model outputs for accuracy, readability, factual correctness, and alignment with project requirements.
• Spot trends, inconsistencies, and subtle differences in AI responses through careful analysis and strong comprehension.
• Work with other team members and communicate findings effectively in both written and spoken form.
• Use practical judgment and real-world perspective to simulate user scenarios and evaluate how useful the model is.

Requirements

• Native-level English ability at C1 or C2 standard.
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical reasoning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice fine distinctions.
• Capability to give specific, useful feedback grounded in subject knowledge.
• Good organization and time management in a remote working setup.
