Key responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment process, including sourcing talent, reaching out to prospects, screening applicants, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Carry out early-stage candidate evaluations to assess fit across skills, background, and alignment with the team.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, interview structure, and selection standards.
• Monitor recruiting performance indicators such as time-to-fill, pipeline size, and conversion metrics.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should bring strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, whether from an agency environment or an in-house team. Prior success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques is important. The role also calls for the ability to juggle several open requisitions at once while staying organized and prioritizing effectively. Familiarity with ATS platforms and standard recruiting workflows is expected, along with strong written and spoken communication skills.
