FunwithAI is a Singapore-based startup focused on preparing young learners for a future shaped by artificial intelligence. Instead of lecture-heavy instruction, the company uses practical, project-led learning so students from primary school through high school can build, create, and innovate with AI. The team is growing quickly through collaborations with schools and enrichment centers across Asia and is hiring people who are excited to help shape the founding team.

Role Overview

As an AI Learning Facilitator, you will bring the curriculum to life for students and help turn each lesson into an engaging, memorable experience. You will coach learners through hands-on projects, support them when they get stuck, and encourage them to celebrate what they create. This is more of a coaching and mentoring role than a conventional classroom teaching job, and the company is looking to hire immediately.

Core Duties

• Lead lively, in-person learning sessions for students in Grades 3 to 12 as well as their teachers, using prepared project guides and lesson playbooks.
• Create a classroom atmosphere that feels positive, supportive, and creative so students feel comfortable trying, testing, and learning from mistakes.
• Learn new AI tools and curriculum projects quickly as the library of lessons continues to expand.
• Give clear, helpful feedback that improves both student understanding and the quality of their projects.
• Support students in producing their one-click showcase videos so they leave each session with a finished, shareable result.
• Serve as the main contact for partner schools or organizations and share observations that can help strengthen the program.

Candidate Profile

The ideal person communicates exceptionally well, can simplify complex ideas using examples and storytelling, and naturally keeps a room full of students engaged. You should be patient, humble, curious, and willing to learn alongside the people you teach. The team values people who enjoy structured systems, can follow playbooks accurately, and are eager to master new methods. A strong interest in technology, experimentation, and creative problem-solving is important.

Tools and Technical Exposure

You do not need to be an expert in every tool listed, but you should be comfortable learning software quickly and using it creatively. Familiarity with AI and digital learning tools is a plus, especially for candidates who can adapt fast.

• No-code AI tools such as Teachable Machine and Machine Learning for Kids
• Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Bing Image Creator
• Creative and educational tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Google Flow, Scratch, Canva, Powtoon, and Miro
• For advanced sessions, introductory data science tools such as Google Colab and basic Python or Pandas

Work Setup

This is an in-person, client-site based role. You may need to travel to partner locations for special events such as launch assemblies or workshops. Working hours will follow partner operating times and may fall in the morning, afternoon, or evening, with schedules ranging from 18 to 50 hours.

Interview Process

The hiring process includes four stages: an initial communication screen, a practical skills assessment, a project delivery round where you deliver a 10-minute mock session using a playbook, and a final interview with the founding team. All interviews are held remotely, and candidates must have a laptop or desktop with a webcam and a stable internet connection.
