About Digi Visions Technologies

Digi Visions Technologies streamlines the process of building remote global teams by managing end-to-end employment logistics including onboarding, payroll, benefits, facilities, tax compliance, and legal responsibilities. This lets clients concentrate on scaling their businesses while ensuring seamless collaboration among internationally distributed teams.

Role Overview

This full-time position operates remotely from Riyadh, focusing on the design, implementation, and monitoring of ethical AI frameworks for both Digi Visions and its clients. Key daily tasks include carrying out risk and impact analyses, drafting and revising responsible AI policies, and partnering closely with engineering, product, and legal departments to integrate ethical principles throughout the AI lifecycle.

The specialist will assess AI models and data handling for fairness, transparency, privacy, and legal adherence; develop training materials, documentation, and governance procedures supporting responsible AI deployment; and stay abreast of global AI regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities involve advising leadership about emerging ethical risks and assisting with audits and incident responses linked to AI systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in AI ethics principles, governance frameworks, and practical application across AI or data-centric products.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance regulations (such as GDPR and AI-specific guidelines), and ability to convert these into actionable policies and controls.
  • Proven experience collaborating with technical teams (including data science, machine learning, engineering) to evaluate models for bias, fairness, interpretability, and stability.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills to perform impact assessments and explain complex ethical issues to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities, with a track record of delivering training on ethics, compliance, or responsible technology usage.
  • Academic credentials such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Public Policy, Ethics, or related fields; equivalent professional experience also acceptable.
  • Experience in globally distributed or technology-driven workplaces is beneficial, especially familiarity with remote working arrangements and cross-border regulatory challenges.
  • A strong commitment to promoting inclusive and non-discriminatory AI applications, alongside an active interest in evolving AI regulation, standards, and best practices.
  • Possession of SDAIA training or certification.
