What you'll do

  • Reply to customer questions quickly and accurately through email, phone, and live chat.
  • Help customers with placing orders, making changes to orders, and cancelling orders where needed.
  • Handle complaints and service issues efficiently, and pass complex matters to the right internal team when required.
  • Record customer conversations and transaction details carefully in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with production and shipping teams to track deliveries and keep customers informed.
  • Share recurring customer concerns and improvement ideas with management.
  • Take part in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on products, policies, and processes.

What we're looking for

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related area. Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential, along with the ability to solve problems, remain patient, and pay close attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred. A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others are also important. Interest in photography, design, or personalized printing products is a plus, though not required.
