About the Role

This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner organization seeking an AI Content Production Specialist based in Germany. You will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing digital health sector, where artificial intelligence merges with creative content development to enhance user interaction. Your primary responsibility will involve generating, refining, and curating AI-generated visual, video, audio, and avatar materials used in content and marketing efforts. By evaluating and continuously improving AI outputs, you will ensure they meet stringent quality standards, directly contributing to engaging digital experiences for audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Create AI-driven images, videos, avatars, and voice materials using detailed prompts, references, and quality benchmarks.
Generate multiple content variations, assess results, select the best outputs, and prepare them for application.
Conduct thorough quality assessments for both visual and audio content to spot artifacts, unnatural elements, poor animation, lighting errors, and synchronization issues.
Decide which AI-generated assets are ready for production and discard substandard results.
Handle basic asset editing duties including cropping, resizing, exporting, organizing, and version control.
Adhere to established AI production workflows while proactively identifying areas for process enhancement and recurrent challenges.
Effectively communicate production difficulties and provide constructive feedback on prompts, procedures, and content quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Practical experience in generating AI-based image and video content using up-to-date AI technologies.
Comprehensive understanding of AI content workflows encompassing prompt creation, referencing, iterative improvements, content variation, comparison, and quality selection.
Knowledge of common issues in AI-generated media like visual artifacts, unrealistic details, poor motion, and model constraints.
Excellent visual discernment to judge the naturalness, quality, and production suitability of generated content.
Exceptional attention to detail for assessing images, videos, audio outputs, avatars, voice clarity, and synchronization.
Ability to follow structured processes with an independent approach to spotting problems and suggesting workflow enhancements.
Comfort in a production environment requiring multiple rounds of iteration, testing, and refinement.
Familiarity with AI generation platforms such as ChatGPT Images, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ComfyUI, or similar tools is advantageous.
Additional experience with video and image editing software, node-based AI workflows, digital products, advertising content, or social media creative projects is a plus.
