AI Content Production Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an AI Content Production Specialist based in Ireland to join a rapidly expanding digital health environment where artificial intelligence integrates with creative content production to enhance user experience worldwide. This role focuses on creating and refining AI-generated visual, video, audio, and avatar assets for content and marketing projects, ensuring the final outputs achieve high-quality standards through a rigorous iterative production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-generated images, videos, avatars, and voice elements by utilizing established prompts, reference materials, directives, and quality benchmarks.
• Create and compare multiple versions of AI-produced content, select the best outputs, and prepare these assets for subsequent use.
• Conduct thorough quality reviews on visual and audio outputs, detecting problems such as artifacts, unrealistic visuals, poor motion, weak design composition, incorrect lighting, voice inconsistencies, or synchronization faults.
• Assess AI-generated content to ensure readiness for production, filtering out subpar results.
• Perform basic editing for asset preparation, including cropping, resizing, exporting, organizing, and version control.
• Adhere to defined AI production workflows while suggesting procedural improvements, identifying frequent issues, and opportunities for improved outcomes.
• Communicate challenges encountered in production clearly and offer constructive feedback related to prompts, workflows, and output quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience producing AI-generated imagery and video content utilizing contemporary AI tools.
• Knowledge of AI content creation workflows encompassing prompting, referencing, iterative development, content variations, comparative selection, and quality assessment.
• Awareness of common AI generation issues such as visual artifacts, unnatural details, inadequate motion, frail composition, and limitations of AI models.
• Strong visual discernment to evaluate if AI-generated outputs maintain a natural and high-grade appearance fit for production use.
• Keen attention to detail in analyzing images, videos, audio, avatars, voice clarity, and synchronization levels.
• Capability to follow structured processes while independently pinpointing problems and recommending enhancements.
• Ability to operate effectively in a production setting that demands multiple iterations, testing, and refinement cycles.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT Images, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ComfyUI, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Additional skills in video editing, image editing software, node-based AI workflows, digital products, advertising content, or social media creative development are preferred.
