About the role

The AI Business Enablement Analyst will support Seequent’s AI-driven transformation across commercial and operational functions. This position blends business understanding with technical capability to help design, maintain, and improve AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions in partnership with teams across the organisation.

What you will do

  • Partner with business teams to understand operational pain points and help shape suitable AI-based solutions.
  • Support delivery of AI enablement projects that align with technical roadmaps.
  • Implement AI solutions, including integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain connections with data platforms and other business systems.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure the information feeding AI models is accurate and dependable.
  • Use recognised AI and automation practices and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement.
  • Prepare documentation and training resources to help teams adopt AI tools effectively.

What the role requires

  • A qualification in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a similar discipline.
  • About 3 years of practical experience in an IT-focused role such as developer, analyst, or integration specialist.
  • Exposure to, or a strong interest in, business process automation tools and platforms such as RPA or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies such as Vertex AI, Agentforce, or Workato.
  • Ability to code or script, preferably in Python.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and API-based integrations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Location and working arrangement

This position is based in Christchurch and is office-based. The role involves collaboration with global teams across Seequent and Bentley, so flexibility to work across different time zones is important. There are no direct reports attached to this position.
