About the Role

Become an integral part of the Global Wealth Management AI Product Team that is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge AI solutions designed to enhance advisor productivity and add significant value to clients across Canada and international markets. This role supports critical AI initiatives by collaborating with business units, technical teams, and data experts to uncover opportunities, build capabilities, and foster the adoption of AI-driven products. Additionally, the analyst ensures compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, risk controls, and operational guidelines while advancing AI strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements, converting broad objectives into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain effective and transparent communication.
  • Map and analyze current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend AI-driven enhancements.
  • Document AI-specific workflows detailing input/output expectations, decision logic supported by models, evaluation benchmarks, and processes involving human oversight.
  • Assist in backlog refinement and actively participate in agile ceremonies ensuring teams are prepared for development.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, design, engineering, quality assurance, and risk management teams to confirm that solutions are well specified, testable, and appropriately governed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Background in digital business analysis or similar roles.
  • Preferably experience within wealth management, financial services, or fintech sectors.
  • Strong preference for experience with enterprise AI, data/model-driven projects, digital automation, or advanced analytics implementations.
  • Proficiency in illustrating and documenting business processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practical experience working within such frameworks.
  • Capable of writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Solid understanding of financial services industry operations.
  • Highly skilled in computer applications such as MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to customize presentations and communications tailored to varying audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and comfortable navigating ambiguous AI-related challenges.
