Position Overview

This AI Automation Engineer internship offers the chance to work directly with our CEO, Ludovic Vallat, and collaborate across various teams. The role is a part-time onsite position based in Dublin, with a work-from-home setup and potential relocation to the Philippines for the internship period. Working days are Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, map, and implement complete AI-driven automation solutions throughout Staffviser's business operations including recruitment workflows, HR processes, client relations, and reporting functions.
• Integrate and connect multiple tools within our technical ecosystem using AI and automation to minimize manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Detect repetitive and obstructive processes across teams and transform them into scalable, intelligent automation workflows.
• Utilize large language models and AI APIs to develop smart workflow solutions.
• Work closely with different internal teams to gather needs, iterate on automation designs, and facilitate business-wide adoption.
• Create comprehensive documentation for all automated processes, ensuring clean and maintainable system architectures.
• Continuously monitor emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend new tools to improve existing workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Practical experience or strong enthusiasm for automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Good familiarity with AI-based tools and a passion for exploring and applying innovative AI solutions.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, MCP, and data flow integration methods.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in the recruitment and HR industry considered an advantage.
