Role Overview

The AI Agents Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation, launch, and continuous refinement of AI agents utilized throughout Global Fit Techies LLC’s business operations and offerings. Based full-time at the Dubai office, this position involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and operational teams to identify application scenarios, configure agents, analyze performance data, and implement improvements guided by user needs and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI agent workflows and maintain quality and compliance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to AI agent functionalities promptly.
• Document deployment processes and create comprehensive usage guidelines.
• Train colleagues on effective usage and adoption of AI tools.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for AI initiatives.
• Stay informed on best practices and advancements in AI automation technology.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven experience working with AI platforms, automation tools, or intelligent assistant systems including configuration, testing, and workflow enhancement.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance metrics and applying continuous improvement strategies.
• Background in project or operations management, skilled at task prioritization and stakeholder coordination under deadlines.
• Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal, to produce clear documentation and deliver training.
• Basic understanding or eagerness to learn machine learning, natural language processing, or software development principles.
• Capability to work onsite in Dubai and thrive in a diverse, cross-functional team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technology-driven roles focused on digital transformation, automation, or process improvements is beneficial.
