Job description
Role overview
Super is building the next generation of play and fan experiences across Europe and Latin America through its technology platform, The Playstack. The company is looking for an AI Accelerator Manager to join its Commercial Strategy & Planning group and help commercial and operations teams work in new ways with AI.
In this role, you will act as a hands-on AI specialist inside the business: you will uncover workflow opportunities, design practical AI-enabled solutions, and make sure each project ends with something the team can actually use. The focus is not only on building tools, agents, automations, and workflows, but also on helping teams understand and adopt them so the capability spreads beyond a single project.
What the role involves
You will work side by side with commercial and operations teams to understand how they operate, where time is lost, and where AI can meaningfully redesign the process. Each engagement should result in a working solution that is embedded in day-to-day work, visible in how it is built, and easy for the team to extend on their own.
Along the way, you will coach teammates through the parts that challenge their AI skills, turning delivery into an opportunity to build lasting capability. You will also help shape the wider AI roadmap by feeding back patterns, problem areas, and opportunities discovered in the work.
Key responsibilities
- Create practical AI tools, agents, automations, and full workflows with commercial and operations teams, ensuring they are adopted in real work rather than staying as concepts.
- Work directly with teams as solutions are built, using the delivery process to strengthen their AI understanding and confidence.
- Adapt successful proof-of-concepts so they can be reused and rolled out across other teams.
- Produce clear documentation, step-by-step examples, tutorials, and demo materials that explain both the solution and how it was built.
- Lead working sessions and showcases that help teams learn how to use AI effectively.
- Share insights from implementation back into the commercial AI roadmap to guide future priorities.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on roles, preferably within fast-moving, consumer-facing digital businesses. You should have already built AI tools, agents, automations, or workflows that other people have actively used.
Strong familiarity with modern AI development tools is important, including platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, and workflow automation tools. You should be comfortable thinking in systems, moving from the broader business problem down to the specific tool that solves it.
We are also looking for someone who can work independently, deliver practical solutions, and communicate clearly. Fluency with data tools such as SQL and Excel is strongly preferred. You should be able to write straightforward documentation, create useful examples, and explain technical ideas in a simple way to non-technical colleagues.
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial functions in digital businesses, such as CRM, retention, VIP, campaign operations, performance reporting, planning, or pricing.
- Evidence of building playbooks or internal tools that were taken up beyond your immediate team.
- Previous work in analytical, data-led roles such as strategy, operations, product, performance, analytics, or data science.
