About the Role

This role involves managing and expanding sales within a portfolio of key tillage customers and contributing technical expertise related to tillage operations aligned with Tirlán’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential tillage customers, aiming to meet specific sales objectives.
• Ensure timely cash collection and maintain debtor balances as per company targets.
• Maintain comprehensive customer data and insights.
• Deliver specialized technical advice in tillage to clients, representing Tirlán’s technical messaging.
• Implement marketing campaigns and plans coordinated with business strategies.
• Collaborate closely with other departments including branch networks, ruminant sector, and the agronomy team.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Agriculture or a discipline closely related.
• Extensive knowledge across various agricultural sectors.
• Strong comprehension of retail standards and an active interest in retail practices.
• Proficiency with computer systems including SAP, EPOS, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and satisfy customer needs.
• Resilience to thrive in a competitive market environment.
• Sound commercial judgment focused on product sales performance.
• Capability in planning, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of the technical aspects of tillage farming operations.
