Role Summary

This position is for a senior sales and marketing leader at the AGM, DGM, or GM level, focused on domestic API pharma B2B business in Mumbai (Sakinaka). The role is specifically intended for professionals with 10 to 20+ years of experience in domestic API pharmaceutical sales. Candidates with international sales experience are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the sales team to deliver revenue goals.
• Manage domestic API pharma B2B sales activities across local and PAN India markets.
• Handle customer and client meetings as part of business development and sales growth.
• Oversee domestic sales team operations and support market expansion.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have 10 to 20+ years of experience in domestic API pharma B2B sales.
• Prior experience in managing a domestic sales team is required.
• Strong familiarity with active pharmaceutical ingredients, related products, and sales tools.
• Should be comfortable with client meetings across local and PAN India locations.
• Applicants with international sales experience are not eligible for this role.

Eligibility

Applicants with a B.Sc. in any specialization or a B.Pharma in any specialization may apply, provided they meet the required domestic API pharma sales experience.
