Role Overview

The Room Reservations Agent is responsible for managing hotel bookings in line with Atlantis's policies and procedures. This role requires engaging with guests primarily by phone to provide information, handle inquiries and complaints, take reservations, and assist with order processing. The agent supports the team through report preparation and ensures all guest interactions are handled promptly and with high quality.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in call centers or customer-facing roles such as front office, guest relations, club lounge, or hotel reservations. Professional presentation, patience, positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer service are essential. Proficiency in computer systems including Opera, along with fluency in English, is mandatory. Preference is given to candidates fluent in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French due to guest demographics.
