Role Overview

The Agency Manager will lead a team of insurance agents, drive production, support capability building, and ensure that the team delivers consistently while following company standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard suitable insurance agents for the team.
• Run weekly and monthly review meetings to track performance, share company updates, resolve common issues, and keep the team focused on targets.
• Set weekly production goals for the agent team.
• Work with the Training Department to identify skill gaps and arrange the right technical, product-related, and sales training.
• Join agents during customer visits to coach them and improve their selling approach.
• Support agent career growth in line with company training and development needs.
• Drive activation of agents and ensure they remain productive.
• Encourage the team through support, recognition of strong performers, and team-building activities.
• Assess agent performance against targets and identify further training requirements.
• Make sure agents follow company policies, applicable regulations, ethical practices, and licensing requirements.
• Take performance-based decisions when needed.
• Resolve customer or agent complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organize customer events to build new relationships and strengthen long-term engagement.

Eligibility

Compensation

The offered package is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,50,000 per year.
