About the Role
This position is for a Bancassurance/Agency Manager focused on Life and Health Insurance. The role involves working with a banking partner to drive insurance business, improve product penetration, and support frontline sales teams in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the partner organization and support business growth through engagement programs and recognition/reward initiatives.
- Act as a knowledge resource for the bank sales team on insurance products and selling approaches.
- Identify gaps in the execution of Health Insurance sales and help close them through coaching and process support.
- Drive target achievement across assigned partners and geographies.
- Promote Health Insurance adoption among partner employees and expand the sale of third-party products.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should come from the insurance sector and be familiar with the bancassurance channel.
