Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the role

TalentPop helps e-commerce companies grow by pairing them with strong talent and excellent customer experience support. The team is now hiring a careful, proactive Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to strengthen and scale affiliate marketing efforts for client brands.

This position is suited to someone who enjoys outreach, relationship development, campaign coordination, and reviewing performance data. You will contribute to the success of a fast-moving remote organization by supporting affiliate partnerships and helping improve program results.

Key responsibilities

• Help launch, maintain, and improve affiliate marketing programs.
• Research and approach potential affiliates that fit a client brand’s audience and objectives.
• Handle routine communication with affiliates and maintain positive working relationships.
• Organize affiliate promotions, campaigns, and limited-time offers.
• Monitor affiliate metrics, interpret results, and share findings with the team.
• Draft periodic performance updates for account managers and clients.
• Support payout workflows and verify that affiliate tracking data remains accurate.
• Study competitor affiliate activity and suggest ways to strengthen current strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working online or remotely is required.
• Background in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer programs is an advantage.
• Comfort using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with relationship-building ability.
• Very organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing several campaigns at once.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, or CJ Affiliate is a plus.
• Must have a laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor or an equivalent Mac device.
• Must have dependable internet with at least 25 Mbps upload/download speed.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace is required.
