About the Company

Naked Sundays is a rapidly expanding SPF brand focused on turning sunscreen into an everyday beauty must-have. The brand has a strong global presence and is carried by major retailers such as Ulta, Mecca, Sephora UK, and Boots. Its growth strategy is centred on creators, community, and social commerce.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading and scaling the creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, ambassadors, and community-led programs. It is a high-impact role for someone who understands social commerce, creator-led growth, and how to build genuine communities that contribute to revenue.

The selected candidate will design and run the creator growth engine that supports awareness, engagement, and sales across Naked Sundays. The role combines both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers affiliate growth, creator partnerships, community building, user-generated content, and performance tracking.

  • Define and execute the affiliate strategy for TikTok Shop.
  • Source, onboard, and engage creators at scale.
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-performing affiliates.
  • Drive creator-generated GMV and affiliate revenue growth.
  • Roll out creator-led campaigns tied to retail and direct-to-consumer moments.
  • Measure affiliate results and improve performance through optimisation.
  • Build a network of beauty, skincare, and lifestyle creators.
  • Identify creators for paid, gifted, and ambassador partnerships.
  • Oversee gifting and product seeding initiatives.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and campaign deliverables with creators.
  • Develop long-term relationships with creators who become brand advocates.
  • Grow and nurture an active ambassador community.
  • Create referral and advocacy programs that support community expansion.
  • Launch initiatives that increase user-generated content and engagement.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, creators, and brand fans.
  • Increase UGC output across all relevant channels.
  • Prepare creative briefs for creators and content partners.
  • Spot emerging trends and viral content opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing, ecommerce, and social media teams.
  • Monitor KPI performance across affiliate, creator, and community programs.
  • Prepare reports on revenue, engagement, and creator impact.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and refine campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage budgets and assess creator ROI.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has experience working in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce, along with a solid understanding of TikTok Shop and related affiliate ecosystems. They should be comfortable managing creator programs at scale, highly organised, analytical, and confident in negotiation and relationship management. A genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and social platforms is important, as is an entrepreneurial approach suited to a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is an advantage.
  • A pre-existing network of creators and influencers is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, CreatorIQ, ShopMy, Aspire, Grin, or comparable tools is preferred.
  • Prior work on ambassador and referral program growth is beneficial.
