This role sits within LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions organization, which is driving change in the sales space through Sales Navigator, the company’s core product for building meaningful buyer-seller relationships.
The position is based in Gurgaon or Bangalore and follows a hybrid working model, with time split between home and the office based on team and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a growing group of Account Executives responsible for winning new business from SMB and mid-market prospects.
- Coach the team to improve performance, strengthen capability, and build a broad and diverse talent pipeline.
- Support career growth through regular coaching and quarterly reviews focused on talent development.
- Build accurate revenue forecasts and create scalable sales workflows and operating practices.
- Balance pipeline generation with live sales opportunities while consistently showing customer value throughout the sales cycle.
- Keep customer success at the center and develop strategies to maintain strong client relationships.
- Gather market feedback and share useful insights with product and marketing teams.
- Help define and spread best practices that can serve as the base for a fast-growing team.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to help the region succeed.
- Take initiative in solving problems and step into additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- Track industry developments and competitor activity to position LinkedIn Sales Solutions effectively.
- Use data and analytics to improve sales strategy and evaluate performance.
- Represent the team at industry events and through thought-leadership activities.
- Travel whenever required for business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience preferred.
- Direct experience managing individual sales representatives.
- Background in SaaS and startup environments is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-scaling sales organization.
- Understanding of subscription-based sales models.
- Strong communication, social selling, persuasion, and sales-process discipline.
- Ability to build pipeline and consistently deliver revenue results.
- Capability to lead and manage cross-functional initiatives that improve scale.

Work Model
