Role Overview
This role entails managing terminal seating operations and assisting clients with their trading activities. You will be expected to acquire new clients, generate revenue from broking accounts both self-sourced and sourced by relationship managers, as well as cross-sell a variety of investment products such as mutual funds, SIPs, insurance policies, and bonds. Maintaining and strengthening client relationships while achieving set targets for client acquisition, revenue, and product sales is essential. Compliance with company policies and regulatory standards is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage terminal seating operations to support client trading activities.
- Acquire two to three new clients aligned with business needs.
- Generate revenue from both self-sourced and relationship manager-sourced broking accounts.
- Promote and sell additional investment products such as mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and bonds.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with trading, investments, and service-related inquiries.
- Meet or exceed targets for client acquisition, revenue, and cross-selling.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and industry guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate is eligible.
- Exposure to broking, capital markets, investment advisory, or financial services is preferred.
- Proficient understanding of trading platforms, broking operations, and various investment products.
- Excellent communication, client servicing, and sales capabilities.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and managing client relationships effectively.
- Mandatory possession of NISM Series VIII certification.
