Admissions Associate – Glen Waverley

About the role

Wesley College Melbourne is inviting applications for an experienced Admissions Associate to join its Glen Waverley campus in a full-time, ongoing position. The role focuses on guiding prospective families from the first enquiry through to the student’s start date, while ensuring every interaction reflects a warm, professional, and high-quality customer experience.

The College is a well-established co-educational independent school founded in 1866 and connected to the Uniting Church. It serves 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12 across multiple Melbourne campuses, including St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley, and Elsternwick, along with outdoor education locations at Chum Creek, Mallana, and Lochend. The Glen Waverley campus also includes boarding for Years 7–12 and a Year 7–10 English Language Preparation Programme.

What you will do

• Manage prospective family relationships from the initial enquiry stage through to student commencement.
• Oversee the complete enrolment journey and help ensure a seamless admissions process.
• Build cooperative and positive relationships across different parts of the College.
• Maintain accurate enrolment records and ensure admissions data is up to date.
• Support campus visits, guided tours, and admissions-related events.

This is a full-time, ongoing role based onsite in Glen Waverley, Victoria, Australia.
