About the Role
ADNOC Schools is looking for a strong-performing Admission Executive to join immediately. The position is based at ADNOC School, Madinat Zayed Campus in the Western Region (Al Dhafra) of Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full admissions journey for the assigned school, starting from first enquiry through to enrolment and registration.
- Meet prospective parents and clearly explain admissions steps, the curriculum, fee details, ADEK rules, and required documentation.
- Handle enquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Arrange or coordinate student assessments with the academic team when needed to keep the admissions workflow efficient.
- Keep daily records updated for enquiries, registrations, active applications, offers, and enrolments so accurate figures are always available.
- Work toward and achieve the school’s assigned new-student admission targets.
- Manage the waiting list where relevant and stay in regular contact with parents so vacancies can be filled quickly.
- Create and maintain admissions records for both new and continuing students.
- Stay current on ADEK policies and ensure the enrolment and registration process remains compliant.
- Make sure parent-facing spaces remain tidy, appealing, and welcoming to families and students.
- Attend ELT meetings as needed to provide updates on admissions.
- Build awareness of the local market, enrolment trends, and competitor schools.
- Partner with Marketing to develop approaches for attracting new students and improving retention.
- Support the re-enrolment process for existing parents with Marketing and share regular analysis and updates with ADNOC Schools HQ and the Principal.
- Provide weekly and monthly enrolment reports and forecasts to the Head of Schools and Administration.
- Take part in networking activities to promote the school.
- Help organise and attend enrolment events.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with feeder nurseries and schools.
- Represent ADNOC Schools’ values and standards of excellence to prospective parents.
- Follow ADNOC Schools’ procedures and codes of conduct consistently.
- Show initiative and energy beyond the normal working day when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong proficiency with PCs, facsimile machines, photocopiers, and other office equipment.
- Working knowledge of common productivity applications and spreadsheet software.
