Admission Counsellor

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and results-driven female Admission Counsellors to join our team based in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. The chosen candidates will assist potential students throughout the admission process by answering their questions and aiding them in selecting the best programs aligned with their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to prospective students and their parents on courses, admission procedures, and career prospects.
• Manage inbound and outbound communication, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads to admissions.
• Clearly explain course details, eligibility requirements, fee structures, and the admission process.
• Keep precise records of student communications and admission progress using CRM or relevant systems.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate seamless admissions.
• Achieve admission targets and optimize conversion rates.
• Conduct counseling sessions through calls, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings.
• Address student queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in admission counseling, education guidance, telecalling, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic competency with computers, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Capable of working effectively in a goal-oriented environment.

Additional Details

• Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, Maharashtra.
• Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
