Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and customer-oriented Admission Counsellor committed to facilitating student enrollments while delivering outstanding service to parents. This role involves managing all aspects of the admission process, from initial enquiries to enrolment completion, while upholding the values and reputation of Manav Rachna International School.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to admission inquiries received via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, website, and social media channels.
  • Provide detailed counselling to prospective parents and students regarding curricula, teaching approaches, facilities, and the admission procedure.
  • Conduct guided tours of the campus to highlight academic programs, infrastructure, and distinctive features of the school.
  • Oversee the comprehensive admission cycle including enquiry registration, follow-ups, assessments, documentation, fee consultation, and final enrollment.
  • Accurately document inquiry status, applications, conversions, and admissions within the school’s ERP/CRM platform.
  • Meet admission goals by maintaining consistent follow-ups and building rapport with potential families.
  • Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and collaborative activities involving academic and administrative staff.
  • Establish strong parent relationships by resolving queries and ensuring a smooth admission experience.
  • Assist in admission-related campaigns, open house events, community outreach, and marketing efforts.
  • Compile and present admission statistics, conversion data, and enrollment forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies, admission requirements, and documentation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field is required; a master's degree will be advantageous.
  • Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in admissions management, counselling, customer relations, sales, or front-office roles, preferably in the educational sector.
